India's plan on food insecurity

Main idea: The main idea about this article is that India has done a great job in increasing the food production. By increasing the food production, it will decrease the chance of having food insecurity in India. Bias: The bias of this article is that, the author is taking the Indian citizen's side, because this article is written on “The Times of India”. Also by writing well about the Indian farmer, so it will encourage and gain more trust from the Indian farmers. Also it this article points out the bad things the Indian government is missing, or not doing. So basically, this article is kinda attacking the government. Purpose: The purpose of this article is to encourage the farmer to work harder and gain more trust from the citizen.
